We have just come back form this Hotel & found the service fantastic my husband had booked this holiday for our 30th wedding annivarsery i looked at the other reviews & was not looking forward to the trip, but to my suprise we arived at the Hotel had a lovley greeting had a bottle of bubbly in the room , We had paid extra for a large balcony & it was worth every penny 2 large sun loungers table & chairs the food was grate and service fantastic staff could not do enough for you it was a bit out of town but had a shuttle bus on every half hour & we knew it was out of town when it was booked the previous reviews had taken away my enjoument in looking forward to the holiday but I am sure you will not be dissapointed if you go the all inclusive seemed to include all spirits including imported unlike other hotels who only do local ones ,minus points were the coffee in restaurarnt took some getting used to & we did not like the italian bread but so much food to choose form this was not a problem
