I stayed here with a friend who had booked through Riviera. Having read some of the reviews I was concerned that we had made a big mistake but I can honestly say that overall we were very happy with this hotel. The staff were lovely and did everything they could to make our stay a happy one. Excellent cappuccino was served in the bar. The room was absolutely fine. It was clean and more than adequate. There is a regular bus service to Sorrento from outside the hotel(1euro) and you buy tickets from reception. In addition there is a very good courtesy bus from the hotel and this needs to be booked in advance. The public rooms are spacious and attractive and very clean. ! Would I stay there again? Yes - definitely.
